Susan Cherbuliez Landscape Architecture LLC (SCLA) provides design services to residential, municipal and institutional clients, for both small and large projects, for new projects as well as for renovations of existing properties.  SCLA has a history of balancing good design with environmental concerns and the client’s wishes, needs, and budget.  In addition, SCLA takes into account the future maintenance that will be needed for any project, and produces designs that will be low maintenance. 

When have you ever heard a client, be it for a school, a park, or a private residence, say that high maintenance will be desired?  SCLA has extensive experience in working with different hardscape materials that are durable and need minimum care, as well as with native plants that, once established, require minimal maintenance to remain attractive at all seasons.  In addition, their value in attracting desirable wildlife is noteworthy. 

Principal, Susan Cherbuliez, a Maine Licensed Landscape Architect, is also licensed in NY and Connecticut.  She is closely involved with all clients and each project, and responds promptly to all requests.
